A quiet practice, led with care.

Kylie Button
Kylie is the founder and practitioner behind Thoughtify. She trained in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy because she believes therapy should feel humane — a real conversation, not a clinical transaction.
Her work is grounded in the techniques of Milton Erickson (5 December 1901 – 25 March 1980): meeting clients where they actually are, drawing on their own experience, and using hypnosis as a quiet, focused tool to make change possible.
"I'm not interested in keeping you in therapy. I'm interested in helping you move on with your life."
Outside of the practice, Kylie loves music — she plays and sings (though she'd be the first to say she's not really a musician) — and she's a long-time gardener. Both, she says, taught her more about patience and presence than any textbook ever did.

You already hold the resources for change.
We don't believe in pathologising people. We believe each person walks in with their own intelligence, their own history, and their own quiet wisdom. Our job is simply to help you hear it again — and act on it.
