Honest answers, quietly given.
Most people arrive with the same questions. Here are the ones we hear most often — and if yours isn't here, just ask.
No. Hypnosis is simply a state of focused, deep relaxation. You remain aware of where you are and in full control the entire time — you cannot be made to do anything against your values.
Not at all. Our approach is forward-looking. We meet you where you are now, and use your own experience to identify strategies — without digging through painful memories unless you genuinely want to.

A gentle, unhurried conversation. We listen, get a clear sense of what's weighing on you, and together decide whether this work is the right fit. There's no commitment.
Yes — completely. Everything shared in session stays in session, in line with the Australian Hypnotherapists Association's ethical code.
We commonly work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, smoking, self-esteem, addictions, procrastination and relationship patterns. If your concern isn't listed, please still reach out.
No referral is required. You're welcome to simply get in touch directly.
